Komunikat dotyczący działalności OW do 27 grudnia

Szanowni Państwo,
w związku z decyzją rządową o przedłużeniu zamknięcia instytucji kultury do dnia 27 grudnia br. Opera Wrocławska odwołuje zaplanowane wydarzenia na nadchodzący miesiąc. Jednocześnie wyrażamy nadzieję, że już niebawem spotkamy się w naszym Teatrze. Zespół Opery Wrocławskiej, podejmuje starania, by wszystkie wydarzenia - gdy będzie to możliwe - jak najszybciej mogły być realizowane.

Bilety zakupione na te wydarzenia będą sukcesywnie zwracane:
1) Bilety kupione internetowo - nie ma konieczności kontaktu z Działem Obsługi Widzów, zwrot zostanie wykonany automatycznie.
2) Bilety kupione w kasie - prosimy o wypełnienie i wysłanie formularza zwrotu biletów.

Information concerning the activities of the Wrocław Opera until 27 December 2020

Ladies and gentlemen,
In view of the government?s decision to prolong the closure of cultural institutions until 27 December 2020, the Wrocław Opera has to cancel all its events planned for the upcoming month. Yet we hope that we will soon be able to meet again at our theatre. The Wrocław Opera team is doing all it can for all the events to be held as soon as possible.

Tickets purchased for the cancelled events will be successively refunded:
1) Tickets purchased online - there is no need to contact the Customer Service Department, the refund will be made automatically.
2) Tickets purchased at the Box Office - please fill in and send us the ticket return form.
