INFORMACJA DOT. ODWOŁANYCH SPEKTAKLI I ZWROTU BILETÓW

Szanowni Państwo,
uprzejmie informujemy, że wszystkie spektakle oraz wydarzenia organizowane w Operze Wrocławskiej pozostają wstrzymane do końca czerwca.

CARMEN
Bilety zakupione na operę „Carmen”  nie tracą ważności i będą podstawą do obejrzenia spektaklu w nowych terminach.

ZWROT BILETÓW
Zwrot środków za zakupione dotychczas bilety (nie dotyczy spektakli „Carmen”), są w dalszym ciągu realizowane na bieżąco (po upływie terminu wydarzenia) przez Dział Promocji i Obsługi Widzów.  Bilety opłacone droga elektroniczną zwracane są automatycznie. Bilety kupione w kasie, opłacone kartą lub gotówką można zwrócić e-mailowo, wysyłając je na adres: opera@opera.wroclaw.pl zawierając w treści:

• Imię i nazwisko
• Numer rachunku bankowego, na który ma zostać wysłany zwrot
• Dane adresowe do rachunku bankowego

Koniecznie należy dołączyć skany w formacie PDF  lub wyraźne zdjęcie biletów
i paragonu w formacie JPG.
O terminie otwarcia Kasy biletowej poinformujemy  w późniejszym komunikacie.

Ladies and gentlemen,
We would like to inform you that all performances and events organised at the Wrocław Opera are still suspended until end of June.
CARMEN
Tickets purchased for Carmen remain valid and will enable you to see a performance at a later date.

REFUND OF TICKETS
Tickets purchased electronically for other performances are successively refunded by the Promotion and Customer Service Department (not applicable for Carmen). You can return your tickets purchased at the Box Office - paid with a card or by cash - by sending an e-mail to opera@opera.wroclaw.pl and providing the following information in the body of the e-mail:

• First and last name
• Number of the bank account to which the refund should be paid
• Address linked to the bank account

Please attach ticket scans in PDF format or clear picture of the tickets and receipt in JPG format.
